From Sample Approval to Mass Production

Sample approval is the moment a design becomes a production plan. Before bulk production begins, the approved sample is used to lock the specification: fabrics, colours, hardware, stitching, dimensions and branding are all confirmed and documented.

A pre-production confirmation ensures the production team and the customer share the same understanding. Any changes after this point become more costly, so we encourage thorough review of the final sample and a signed approval before cutting begins.

During production, in-line quality control checks the workmanship at key stages — cutting, sewing, assembly and finishing — so that issues are caught early rather than at the end. This keeps the whole batch consistent with the approved sample.

The process ends with final inspection, packing and preparation for shipment. By the time the goods leave, they have been checked against the agreed specification at every stage.
